In case of unavailability of Customer Care Center:

Damaged Products 8 – 10 Working Days; Replacement only Report Complain: Within 3 Working Days
  • After registering complain via helpline, head to the nearest Leopard office to drop off your product.
  • Token number will be shared with you.

Not eligible for return if the item is “No longer needed”

If your item arrived in defective / damaged, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the item is packed as received. If the same item is not available / out of stock, you can select another product of your choice amounted same or high.

Faulty Products 4 – 5 Working Days; Replacement only Report Complain: Within 3 Working Days
  • After registering complain via helpline, head to the nearest Leopard office to drop off your product.
  • If product is not covered in warranty and also if the return window of your product has expired, you will dispatch your product to nearest customer care center barring 1 side charges.
  • Token number will be shared with you.

  • Report an incomplete shipment via helpline within 3 working days of delivery.
  • Token number will be shared with you.
If your item arrived has missing accessories it is not eligible for return. Missing accessories will be dispatched if applicable

We currently have a replacement policy of 3 days from the date of delivery and this applies to all products. If you find your product in broken/faulty condition, you can request for a replacement by calling our support representatives as long as it meets our terms.
